What is Grace Beyond the Surface about?
This blog was born from brokenness. It’s a place where God’s grace speaks gently into the raw, unpolished parts of life. I write to remind us that we don’t have to have it all together, Jesus meets us where we are.

Who is this blog for?
If you’re weary, hungry for God, or need an honest space to reflect, you’re welcome here. Whether you’re walking strong or stumbling forward, you belong.

Why did you start this blog?
Because when I hit rock bottom, grace found me. And I believe someone else needs to know that God’s love still reaches that far.

Do you use the Bible in your blog posts?
Yes, every post is shaped by Scripture. I rely on the Bible as the foundation of truth and use it to share reflections, not opinions.

What Bible version do you use?
Most of the time, I use the New King James Version (NKJV), the English Standard Version (ESV), or the New Living Translation (NLT), depending on what helps the message speak clearly and stay faithful to context.

Are your writings based on a denomination?
No. For many years I was part of the Pentecostal movement, but over time, God led me back to the words of Jesus, simple, clear, and powerful. My faith is no longer shaped by a label; it's grounded in Christ alone. I write as someone who has experienced redemption, sharing a personal journey of learning, repentance, and following Jesus.

What will I receive?
Each week, I send out reflections, Scripture, and a gentle prompt to slow down and draw near to God. Nothing flashy. Just honest words for your walk.

Yes, you can press the subscribe link at the top of the page, and it will direct you to the subscription page. You’re free to come and go as you need.

Where does my donation go?
Your gift helps share the message that God’s grace goes beyond our failures. Every donation supports writing, resources, and reminders that God’s love continues to reach the broken and helps provide food, clothing, and support for those in need.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Not yet, but I’m working towards not-for-profit status. I’ll update this page as soon as that changes.

Can I give regularly?
Yes. You can choose a one-time gift or set up monthly giving at the donations page.

Are your devotionals and eBooks free?
Yes. Everything I write is offered freely. If you’d like to donate to help support it, you’re welcome to, but you don’t have to.

Will you release a printed book?
That’s the plan. I’ll share updates through the newsletter when it’s ready.

Can I share your blog posts?

Can I use your content for a small group?
Yes. If it helps spark reflection or healing in your group, go for it. I’d just ask that you leave it as-is, and make reference of the content that is used.
